Founder
Michelle is passionate about bridging the digital and financial inequality divide. She has spent several years working in the tech industry; conducted research on the impact of technology on refugee communities for UNHCR Innovation Service and UNDP Istanbul International Center for Private Sector in Development; and built educational programs for youth in Malaysia, India, and Taiwan. She received her BA in English from the University of Chicago, where she specialized in transnational immigrant narratives, and MA in Global Thought from Columbia University. In her free time, she is a mentor with Re:Coded and Gaza Sky Geeks, and a member of Toastmasters International, an educational non-profit that teaches public speaking and leadership skills.
