Irene Hillman
Workshop Leader
Irene serves as the Director of the Center for Student Success at the College of Engineering and Computer Science at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC), where she engages students with academic advising, job search techniques, and professional development workshops. Previously, she worked in human resource management, focusing on talent acquisition, training, and development. As a service-minded leader, she motivates individuals to apply their academic learning and unique strengths to launch or advance their careers, aspiring to reveal greater happiness and purpose in their lives. She is currently completing a PhD in Learning and Leadership at UTC.
