Idil Uner

Originally from Turkey, Idil is a communications specialist for UNDP within the Sustainable Development Goals Integration team. She supports digital campaigns and publications that connect issues across sectors and that leverage the know-how of all of society—from national/sub-national governments and communities to civil society, academia, and the private sector—to build solutions that respond to people’s daily realities. She received her MA from Columbia University, where she researched the implications of the Temporary Protection Status for displaced Syrians in Turkey.
